The app runs on your own Supabase project and your own hosting, billed to you. We are a member you invite in, and you can remove us.
No per user fee, ever
Not for the fifth worker and not for the hundredth. Put every seasonal hand on the system on their first day, because it costs nothing to do so.
The evidence stays yours
A COR certificate depends on producing about three years of audit evidence on demand. Yours sits in a database you control, not in a system you cannot leave.
No switch we can flip
There is no licence server to phone home to. If you stop working with us tomorrow, the system keeps running exactly as it is.

Works in the dirt
Offline is the architecture, not a feature
Crews work where there is no signal, sometimes for hours, sometimes for days. So the app does not treat connectivity as normal and offline as an error.
Submissions, photos and signatures queue on the device and sync when signal returns. Installed from the browser, it opens and works with the aircraft mode on.
This matters because of what happens otherwise. A form that will not save at the tailgate gets filled out from memory that evening, or not at all, and an auditor can tell the difference.

The difference between a form app and an audit system is when the evidence gets organized. Here it is tied to your certifying partner's audit elements while it is being collected.
Requirements differ between certifying partners, and so does the naming and number of elements. The mapping is done for yours specifically, during the program build.

Nothing about the paper version is wrong. It is just slow to search, impossible to duplicate, and it lives in one vehicle. The week before an auditor arrives is when that stops being a small problem.

Daily trip inspections and defect reporting completed in the cab, with driver files and expiries tracked in the same place as the safety program.

If you are a pure office business with no field crews, or an enterprise over 150 staff already committed to a multi year contract, this is probably not for you, and we will say so on the call.
