How a post is laid out
An article is built from simple blocks: paragraphs, headings, lists, and the occasional pull quote. You do not need to touch any layout code to publish. You add the words, and the template handles the dark reading surface, the spacing, and the typography.
- A paragraph block for normal body text.
- A heading block to start a new section.
- A list block, like this one, for points you want to break out.
- A quote block for a line worth emphasizing.
Each post also has a title, a short description for search engines, an excerpt for the index card, and a hero image. Fill those in and the post shows up automatically on the resources page.
Write posts in your own words. Original writing is what earns the rankings, and it is the only kind worth publishing under your name.
